Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with dan55

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the dan55 platform, including the website at dan55.pro, all associated mobile interfaces, game lobbies, sports betting sections, payment services, and any other features or content offered under the dan55 brand. The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and dan55 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, launching a game, or otherwise accessing any part of dan55, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 02 of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or involuntary restriction that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.
• Not a politically exposed person acting inappropriately: You must not be using the platform in a manner that violates applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations.

Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. If a minor registers using false information, any winnings accrued on that account are void and non-withdrawable. dan55 cooperates fully with authorities in cases involving underage gambling and will report such incidents as required.

Each user may hold only one (1) active account on dan55 at any time. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under different names, different phone numbers, or different JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet identifiers belonging to the same individual — are prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dan55 login credentials. dan55 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

dan55 reserves the right to require re-verification of account identity at any point, particularly where unusual account activity is detected, where withdrawal amounts exceed standard thresholds, or where AML compliance protocols require it.

All transactions on dan55 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The dan55 PKR wallet is an internal account balance that holds your deposited and won funds. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the platform.

• Accepted payment methods: dan55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and standard bank transfer. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

dan55 offers various bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each promotion and must be met in full.
• One bonus per user: Each promotion is available once per user, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in account suspension.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on dan55. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Using false identity documents, providing fabricated KYC materials, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or financial circumstances to dan55.
• Money laundering: Using the dan55 platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. dan55 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, exploit tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Chargeback abuse: Filing chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile wallet provider for deposits that were genuinely made and used on dan55. Chargeback abuse results in immediate permanent account closure.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your dan55 account. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, broadcast, or transmit any dan55 content without prior written authorisation.
• Screen recording or capturing of live dealer sessions for public distribution is prohibited without explicit written consent from dan55.
• The dan55 name, logo, and associated marks may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written agreement.
• User-generated content submitted to dan55 (such as support conversations, feedback, or promotional participation) may be used by dan55 for internal quality and compliance purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dan55 excludes all liability for loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses, whether resulting from skill, chance, or both.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from events outside dan55's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Delayed or failed transactions attributable to the user's bank, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other payment intermediaries.
• Financial loss resulting from a user's failure to secure their dan55 login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms limits dan55's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim — contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.

dan55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• Chargebacks filed against legitimate dan55 transactions.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawals will be held until the investigation is complete. If the investigation clears the account, held withdrawals will be processed promptly. If the investigation results in account closure for cause, balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-fraud and AML policies.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time via account settings or by contacting the 24/7 support team. Voluntary closure does not affect the user's right to withdraw any legitimately held PKR balance at the time of closure, subject to standard verification requirements.

dan55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dan55 will endeavour to provide advance notice via a platform notification or email to the registered account address. However, it is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.

• The current version of the Terms is always available at dan55.pro/terms-conditions.
• Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure.
• The version number and effective date at the top of this document indicate the current revision in force.
